RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order

All products are printed and manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or as the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at impete.llc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a refund — we do not require you to return the item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law. However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised. As all our products are printed on demand after purchase, orders are not eligible for return or cancellation unless they are defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, which typically starts within 24 hours of purchase.
