How Our Orders Work

All products are made to order and printed by our fulfillment partner, Printful, after your order is placed. This means every item is produced specifically for you — we do not hold pre-made inventory.

Your total delivery time consists of two stages: production time and shipping time. Estimated total delivery time = production time (2–5 business days) + shipping time based on your location.


Production Time

Before your order ships, it must first be produced. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, though this may vary during high-demand periods such as holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the fulfillment facility.


Shipping Times

Shipping times below are estimates and begin after production is complete. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Europe Standard shipping: 3–7 business days Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

United Kingdom Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

United States & Canada Standard shipping: 5–10 business days Express shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Rest of World Standard shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful using major international carriers including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, USPS, and DPD, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. The shipping cost is included in the product price — there are no additional charges at checkout for delivery.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders within the European Union are shipped from EU-based fulfillment centers where possible and are not subject to customs duties.

Orders outside the European Union (including the UK and international destinations) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to the fulfillment facility, we may charge a reshipping fee. If the order cannot be recovered, we are not responsible for providing a replacement or refund. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at impete.llc@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations before contacting us.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at impete.llc@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

For EU consumers, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you.

If a package is refused by the recipient or not collected and returned to the fulfillment facility, we may deduct return shipping costs and handling fees from any eligible refund.
